Though these emitters are unlike conventional fireworks, they are pyrotechnic devices so they do create heat, sparks--and sometimes fire--so they should be used responsibly and only by adults.
Do not light these emitters in any confined space nor in a crowd. Though the smoke is no more toxic than any other kind of smoke, it is hazardous to inhale--and if it becomes concentrated enough to replace the available air, it could result in suffocation and death.
Do NOT attempt to carry these emitters onto a commercial airplane--neither in your checked luggage nor your carry-on baggage.
Common sense should make this warning unnecessary--but I must post it anyway: DO NOT light these indoors. (I know the video showed a demo emitter with the label "safe to light indoors," but as we all must know, that was a JOKE).
If I seem overly cautions it is because there is no predicting whether a person will behave responsibly. We can have no end of fun with these emitters--but I cannot be responsible for acts of stupidity--so before I ship you any emitters you must read sign and return to me the Hold Harmless agreement.
